Summary: templates <order> non-functional

Initial Comment:
phpldapadmin-1.2.2
openldap-2.4.48
apache-2.2.21
gentoo linux 2011 x86_64

Templates <order> element doesn't work in 1.2.2 version, all templates fields in alphabetical regardless of <order> order.

Message:
Confirmed with phpldapadmin-1.2.2-1.el6 package under CentOS. Currently I
workaround the bug by prefixing the display tag with a number. Lame, but
works.
